There is no right or wrong when it comes to free flowing on your mat in yoga. So, wherever you are at in your practice is where you are meant to be. Just know that as yogis we are all continually growing, evolving, learning and exploring our higher selves through mindful movement every time we step on our mats.
This challenge is all about coming to your mat with an open mind. Letting your shapes and transitions pour out of you. Exploring your personal practice but also sharing it with this beautiful community!
