EXTENDED RETURN POLICY
Alo Yoga wants you to be happy with every purchase. For your convenience, we offer an extended return policy during the holiday season. Purchases made from November 14th, 2016 through December 14th, 2016 can be returned until January 14th, 2016. Purchases made outside these dates are eligible for our traditional 30-day return policy. All merchandise must be returned in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached. Final sale products are excluded.

Want it in time for the holidays? Check our schedule below for shipping recommendations to ensure arrival by December 23rd within the U.S. (not including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12 pm PST will ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.
EXPRESS CUT-OFF TIME
All orders with 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipping must be placed by 12 pm PST for same-day shipping. Orders with 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipping placed after 12 pm PST will be shipped the following business day. We cannot guarantee expedited delivery to rural domestic addresses.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
WHAT’S MY ORDER STATUS?
If you have an aloyoga.com account, you can log in and view order status and tracking on the My Dashboard page under recent orders. If you checked out as a guest, you can email us at orders@aloyoga.com and we’d be happy to provide you an update.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING OR BOXES?

DO YOU SELL GIFT CERTIFICATES?
To purchase an e-Gift Certificate, please email us at orders@aloyoga.com with the amount you'd like to purchase and the best phone number to reach you. Someone from our customer service team will reach out to you in the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) to complete your order.
