The General Manager is responsible for leading, managing and continuously developing all aspects of their store’s business. This includes but is not limited to the employees, merchandise, operations, client development, and ensuring an extraordinary experience for all customers visiting the store. The General Manager is accountable for creating and maintaining a positive and highly productive work environment in alignment with the company’s vision. The General Manager is responsible for consistently achieving sales and profitability goals, operational objectives, merchandising standards and developing highly successful teams that will be motivated to grow, contribute and advance with Alo.
