The Store Manager is a champion of our mission, vision, and values. They are responsible for leading, managing and continuously developing all aspects of their store’s business. This includes but is not limited to the employees, merchandise, operations, café, and yoga studio, and ensuring an extraordinary experience for all guests visiting the store. The Store Manager is accountable for creating and maintaining a positive and highly-productive work environment in alignment with the company’s vision. The Store Manager is responsible for consistently achieving sales and profitability goals, operational objectives, and merchandising standards, and developing highly successful teams that will be motivated to grow, contribute and advance with Alo.
