Free FedEx ground shipping on all orders! All domestic orders ship via FedEx from our headquarters in Los Angeles, California. We currently offer three shipping methods: FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day Air and FedEx Next Day Air.
Free shipping offer valid on orders shipped in the continental United States and applies to ground shipping only. International does not qualify. If you choose 2 Day or Overnight Shipping, regular charges will apply. Please note, at this time we do not offer weekend delivery on express shipping options. To participate, simply add merchandise to your shopping cart and select Free Ground Shipping at checkout to receive the free shipping option.

- When Will My Order Ship?
- All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm PST ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.
- EXPRESS CUT-OFF TIME
- All orders with 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipping must be placed by 12 pm PST for same-day shipping. Orders with 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipping placed after 12 pm PST will be shipped the following business day. We cannot guarantee expedited delivery to rural domestic addresses.
- Do you ship to po boxes or apo/fpo addresses?
- For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- How do I know that my order has been shipped?
- When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
- Do you offer signature-required shipment delivery options?
- Yes. To ensure the safety of large orders, we automatically require a signature upon delivery for all orders over $500.
- Do you offer gift wrapping or boxes?

- To check your order status:
- Log in to your Alo Yoga account.
- Under your Account Dashboard, you will find all of your recent orders.
- Click the "View Order" link to the right of the order you wish to track.
- You can view order details and track your order by clicking the "Track Your Order" link.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- ALO Yoga offers international shipping through our partnership with Borderfree. Please be advised that orders shipped outside the U.S. are not necessarily eligible for free shipping benefits or offers that require a promotion code. Visit our International Shipping page for more information.
