We kicked off 2018 with 30 Days of Mindful Movement, a class series on YouTube challenging you to get on your mat in the new year, and we received the most amazing feedback from everyone, at all experience levels! We’re continuing the challenge love with a brand-new week-long video class series designed to get your gratitude flowing. 7 Days of Gratitude kicks off March 14, and each day’s 30-minute flow focuses on a new theme—grounding, detoxifying, centering, heart-opening, energizing, balancing and restorative. You’ll learn from yogis Briohny Smyth, Koya Webb and Calvin Corzine as they help you hone in on a few things you’re grateful for, center your practice around them and carry the sentiment forward even after the week is over. Because you know what they say—the more grateful you are, the happier you’re likely to be.
